Refund & Dispute Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy explains when you can get a refund for a ticket purchased from The New Art of Living Inc, how to ask for one, and how we handle payment disputes.
Refunds you request
You can get a full refund of the ticket price if you request it at least 60 days before the first day of your event:
- San Jose (Jan 21–23, 2027): request by Sunday, November 22, 2026.
- Baltimore (Jan 28–30, 2027): request by Sunday, November 29, 2026.
Requests made less than 60 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
No-shows, late arrivals, and early departures are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds when we cancel or change an event
If we cancel an event, or reschedule it and you can't attend the new date, see our Cancellation Policy — those refunds don't depend on the deadlines above.
How to request a refund
Email support@levelup2027.com or use our contact form with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order or receipt number from your confirmation email. We'll get back to you by email.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. We issue them within 10 business days of approval; your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to show the credit. Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, including any discount applied.
Disputes and chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first — we'll work with you to resolve it quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead, we will respond to the dispute with your order details, these policies, and evidence of the purchase and of event delivery. Filing a dispute for a ticket you used or that is valid under these policies may result in the ticket being cancelled. Formal disputes are handled under section 14 of our Terms & Conditions (Texas law, informal resolution first, then individual arbitration).
