Cancellation Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

This policy covers what happens if The New Art of Living Inc cancels, reschedules, or changes an event, and what happens if you need to cancel your ticket.

If we cancel an event

If we cancel an event and do not reschedule it, every ticket holder receives a full refund of the ticket price to the original payment method — you don't need to ask. We'll email you at the address used at checkout, and issue the refund within 10 business days of the announcement.

If we reschedule (postpone) an event

Your ticket remains valid for the new date automatically. If you can't attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 30 days of our reschedule announcement by contacting us with your order or receipt number.

If we change the venue or program

If we move an event to a different venue in the same metro area, or change speakers or the agenda, your ticket remains valid and these changes alone do not qualify for a refund. If we move an event to a different city, you may request a full refund as if it were rescheduled.

Events we can't control

If an event can't take place because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example severe weather, natural disaster, public-health orders, or venue closure), we will first try to reschedule. If we can't, we will give you a full refund of the ticket price as described above.

Travel and other costs

Refunds cover the ticket price you paid. We are not responsible for travel, hotel, or other costs you incur, so we recommend refundable travel bookings or travel insurance.

If you need to cancel

Buyer cancellations are handled under our Refund & Dispute Policy: a full refund if you request it at least 60 days before the first day of your event, and no refund after that. Tickets are non-transferable.

How you'll hear from us

We announce cancellations and changes by email to the address used at checkout and on this website. Please make sure your email is correct at checkout and check your spam folder.
