This policy explains what personal information The New Art of Living Inc ("we") collects through this website and our events, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- When you buy a ticket: your name, email, phone number, billing address, attendee name, and the tickets you bought. Payment is handled by our third-party payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.
- When you contact us: your name, email, and anything you include in your message.
- Automatically: basic technical data our hosting provider records to run and secure the site (such as IP address and browser type). We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.
- At events: photos and video, as described in our Terms.
How we use it
- To process your order, send your confirmation, and check you in.
- To contact you about your event, including changes or cancellations.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To prevent fraud, handle refunds and disputes, and meet legal and tax obligations.
We do not send marketing email unless you have agreed to receive it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under their own privacy terms:
- BSCpro — ticket sales, payment processing, and order confirmations.
- Netlify — website hosting and contact-form delivery.
- Event venues and staff, only as needed to check you in.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of attendees.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for the event, customer service, and our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Financial and order records are generally kept for 7 years.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@levelup2027.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or Virginia), you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to know what we collect and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. We'll verify your request and respond within the time the law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
